We provide custom website design and development, along with optional ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support services, as described on this site. Specific project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.

Pricing & Payment

Listed prices reflect the starting cost of a base package. Additional features, such as e-commerce, booking systems, or custom integrations, are scoped and quoted separately based on your project's needs. Once a base price is agreed upon, that price is locked in for the agreed-upon scope of the base site and will not increase unless the project scope changes.

Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and the timely delivery of content and materials needed to complete your site.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the code, content, and hosting account associated with your website. For your convenience, we may maintain your codebase in a private repository and host it on your behalf; you may request a full copy of your site's files at any time.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete your project, and to ensure that any content or materials you provide do not infringe on the rights of others.

Hosting & Support Services

If you subscribe to our ongoing hosting and support services, those services continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled by either party at any time, subject to any terms agreed upon separately.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services and this website on an "as is" basis and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project at our discretion, with a fair resolution of any fees already paid for work not yet delivered.
